Our History

L.A.W Enterprises / L.A.W Refrigeration Company was formed in 1985 as a refrigeration and air conditioning service company. As a teacher at a technical school full time and operating L.A.W almost full time as well I began to explore many different areas of the business. After forming a relationship with Coldelite, in Lodi New Jersey, due to their hiring many of my students, I began to service Coldelite ice cream machines. Over the course of a few years L.A.W started to specialize in the sales and service of frozen dessert equipment as well as all equipment relating to the frozen dessert industry. At present L.A.W exclusively sells and services the Stoelting line of ice cream and frozen beverage equipment because it is by far the best quality equipment being made today. We also offer a full line of Gelato and pastry display cases, refrigeration equipment, stainless steel equipment, walk in boxes and ice machines. We service everything we sell and carry a full line of repair parts and accessories.
